Will destiny, for some time, stop…

Will destiny for some time in a life span
Stop giving experience of turbulence

Will destiny for some time, in a life time
Allow flow of life unhindered

What would be a life devoid of unpleasantness
What would it be to have purity in happiness
O life, you can surely offer all but not mixed with pain
For pain numbeth the mind and hardens thee heart

Yet, we thank thee O Lord for,all that cometh our way
Yet we wait for a longevity in happiness, while we live in a state of pain

The Mind, The Heart and the Heartless Mind

A mind in search of happiness

A happiness not sought of by the heart

The mind seems disconnected
From the beats of the heart!

I wonder then, what is it that I seek
The desires of the heart will last but not long, for happiness is momentary

The mind, that rules the body and thus the heart,
The happiness sought by the mind shall bring sanity, lasting longer them the happiness of the heart

I shall thus recalibrate

My heart with my mind

The gift of intellect over the failure of matters of the heart Have, over years that have gone by

Brought me to a point of conviction

That matters of heart are not meant to be

That mind matters over everything; sanity is reality

Rest all, is mere fallacy.

The Heartless Mind

Random thought…

O my thoughts go not astray

O my mind be not so gullible to be led astray

O my heart trust not those

Who lead me to separate

From the hearts of those

On whom the mind casts the darkness

Of the shadows brought upon by the weak mind

A moment’s mistake breaketh

What could be a togetherness in longevity

The gullibility strikes at fragility of relations akin to the strength of a thread

A thread that binds together, when broken loosens all that it would have held

A broken thread shreds all away

O my uneasy mind, in conflict with itself

Indulge not in wavering thoughts

It’s a struggle everyday within yourself

The uneasy mind conquered, would have no fear of the pain that fate may bring about

The Reset – Lockdown Day #5

The human race perhaps perceived it’s infallibility. But great nations and their powers have met with fates they never perceived. History has, over the world’s existence, repeated itself innumerable times. And when the time comes, there occur changes to a set pattern; a reset.

In the busy chaotic way of life, none would have imagined a “reset” happening.

The lockdowns around the world would probably result in a reset of sorts.

Reset of the pace of work, reset in the manner of living, reset in the powers of the powerful nations and men, all but seems inevitable. Though none may realise, but if seen in the right perspective, maybe not now, maybe few months or a year later, there would have seeped in many changes.

Every individual would have to be objective in his own analysis of himself. There will be a reset. It perhaps has already been set in motion. It would be slow, unlike a reset in an electronic device or gadget; resets in human lives shall take some time to be seen,

For some, it would be good. For some, it would be painful. Some may not realise it for they were probably passive to their surroundings from the beginning.

But a reset it would be. Time, it is said, is the best healer. Likewise, time, is an agent of change. A reset is nothing but a change, a correction.

And that is to happen now, when the world at large is forced to stop, to allow a reset long overdue.

My view on the coronavirus and way forward

Too much of coronavirus posts going around – no use. We all are under jail like lockdown physically as well as mentally.  These posts and forwards are best ignored and least acted upon.

The lockdown will ultimately lead mankind to a different kind of disease – in fact two.

A physical disease that will destroy the body internally.  And a mental disease that will destroy the mind silently.

It’s not that the lockdown will ensure complete eradication of the disease or will guarantee that after the lockdown or the extended period gets over we all would be under no threat of the disease going away. And it’s still months before any medical remedy will be available. So theoretically, until then the world is at risk.  Are we going to be locked down until then? Are we going to be let out and face the disease?

It is a myriad of questions that have no answers and cannot have any answers.

As of now, it’s a test of patience, a test of endurance of the present and of enduring the thoughts of the future.

Beyond that, all the forwards and sermons and fake news are nothing but acts of those who have already failed in their present survival and have nothing better to do.

Only thing that I see worthwhile to do now is, stick to your faith, believe in destiny, read and assimilate knowledge, stay healthy, mentally and physically and keep calm.

Fallacy

Beyond your own, what seems to be closeness

Is nothing but a short term fallacy; a mirage

Nothing is permanent in relationships

Nothing comes without a cost

Nothing is out of the heart; mind rules actions and emotions

Some might give you hope, an olive branch

Yet others may appear to be your own

But the fact remains, unless tested with passage of time

All those who speak rosy and words of glory

Are the first to be only for the moment, at their pace, at their convenience

And many a times, even those tested with time

Change, with the change in direction of winds

So be it; be not too attached to one or many

For neither is the sun a constant, nor does darkness ever remain

Be with others what they be to you

For if not you, for them will be the other

And so are the way of humans and so are the ways of life

Fallacies are the way of life

Live for the day, live for thyself

For others, it’s not you, its what thee can give

And rest is just a fallacy

Knowledge-Wisdom

Wisdom are words spoken by the men in possession of knowledge.

Knowledge is an ocean, it’s depth unfathomable.

O ye who seeketh knowledge, I say to thee, I seeketh knowledge myself. Show me the path that leads into and unto the sea of knowledge, vast, deep and varied; for life would be well-lived, if on my last breath I were to say, O Lord, thank you for all the treasures of the knowledge of the world that you blessed me with!

Depend on none but destiny

And when thou shall learn to live without the thought of there being a hand to help

Then shall life be happy and the mind free

For dependance deprives the man of the thought process that helps in achieving the tasks at hand singularly

And thus brings about despair when the hand that thee seek may not be there when sought to be held

Live as if there is no tomorrow

Walk as if thy hath no hand to hold

Remember, in death, thou hast to be alone, death does not take you in pairs

Strange are the ways of life; when the yesterday that i lived in promised a rosy tomorrow, the tomorrow then, which is my today, is not the rosiness I was waiting for.  And now, in what my today promises for my tomorrow, I wonder whether it would be worth the wait and anticipation of the morrow that the day today promises.  Yet, hope is what keeps life going…so let’s hope for a better tomorrow, for if not for hope, then the charm of living would cease to exist.
